There’s a lot that goes into the organisation of city sporting events and due to restrictions on city road closures the logistics of setting up and breaking down are strict and often time constrained with overnight set-ups.
This was the case for The Vitality Big Half, which was staged recently in London, where NSR were charged with installing the PA systems for the event. The whole set-up for the event had to be completed overnight before the competitors arrived to take part the next day.
